What notes will not be graded by MDC?
If MDC believe that a note is likely not genuine but its research is inconclusive, the note will not be encapsulated and a fee will still be charged.
What would after MDC grading and found out the item is not genuine but customer still insists to pack the item?
If after grading and found out the item is not genuine, MDC will collect as “ERROR NOTE OR COIN” Price.
MDC will need to label out the source to prevent any unnecessary issues.
What is GPQ (Gorgeous Paper Quality)?
GPQ notes will not have been physically, chemically, or materially processed to give the appearance of a higher grade. Notes exhibiting normal wear-and-tear for their grade are eligible.
What if the notes are overgraded or undergraded?
You can resubmit the notes for MDC to re-grade. If after checking is overgraded or undergraded, MDC will correct it for free. If the grade remains the same, re-package and delivery fees will be charged.
If the notes are not genuine but MDC didn’t mention?
If the notes are not genuine and MDC didn’t write it on the label like (counterfeit, imitation, altered note etc), you can re-submit back to us. MDC will be responsible for this mistake and return 2 times of the “packaging fees” BUT NOT the item value.
Example: This note packaging fees is RM35, than MDC will only return RM35 x 2 = RM70
If a note is removed from a MDC holder and then send to other grading company. If get more higher grading, can I ask for refund?
NO! Once a note is removed from a MDC holder the MDC Guarantee no longer applies and responsible. This is because MDC cannot assure for where that note has been, what if anything has been done to it, and for the overall subjective nature of note grading itself.
Will MDC be responsible on any lost or damage of submission during the delivery process?

Can I cancel order after my submission has been delivered to MDC?
NO! Once your submission has been delivered to MDC, your order cannot be cancelled. It is because MDC has already started working on your submission to perform your requested services. No refunds can be given after a submission has been delivered.
Can I request the grading according to my wish and made any comparison with other grading company?
NO! MDC will grade the notes according to it condition with special equipment, we will not accept customer “special grading request” or the comparing.
