Shipping Service
Our delivery procedure and process time.
- Process of packaging will take 14-20 days. Once MDC has received full payment only then we will arrange the shipping service.
- The default shipping method used by MDC are Pos Laju, DHL or GDex Service. Shipping cost is referred to shipments weighing and fully paid by customer. MDC will provide shipping cost receipt and tracking number after the submission are ship.
- MDC is not responsible of risk of shipment including Lose and Damage.
- Customer can choose to drop by at our center by appointment to collect all the submission.
- Customer who make submission through authorized partners, also can choose to collect through authorized partners, delivery service or drop by MDC center.
